I affirm that an agree that if I have a history of late payments, evictions judgments or criminal arrests for violent crimes or damage to property, which I have not explained in an attached written addendum, that these are proper and fair grounds for denying my application. Even if explained a consistent pattern of such behavior may still be grounds for denial.
