How Safe Is The Neighborhood?

All of our properties are closely grouped. Our properties are - north to south within four blocks of each other (Maple to Washington) - east to west they are within six blocks of each other (Elm to Walnut). Generally they are either in downtown Champaign or the immediately to the northwest in the residential neighborhood called the Sesquicentennial Neighborhood.
